Northern Foods Processing is a family-owned food manufacturing business based in Lethbridge. Founded in 2019, we run 2 locations in the Calgary–Edmonton corridor and employ a tight team that values doing the work well over scale.

About the role

You'll run packaging lines that fill, seal, label, and case product: starting up the line, monitoring fill weights and seal quality, clearing minor jams, and completing changeovers between product formats. You'll perform scheduled quality checks and record the results, keep your area clean to food-safety or GMP standards where applicable, and stage packaging materials so the line never starves. When output drifts from spec, you catch it early and call it out.
