Boreal Bakery Group is a regional food manufacturing group with 10 locations across eastern Quebec, headquartered in Sherbrooke. Founded in 2008, our plant and production staff serve clients and customers throughout the region with a hands-on, locally rooted approach.

About the role

You'll work on a production line doing hands-on tasks that change with the day: assembling components, packing finished goods, feeding machines, labelling, and keeping your station clean. You'll follow standard work instructions, meet hourly targets, and check your own output against quality standards before it moves down the line. You'll rotate through stations as you're trained, with a clear path toward operator and lead-hand roles.
