About the role

You'll keep production equipment running: troubleshooting breakdowns on conveyors, pumps, motors, and packaging lines, then getting them back up fast. You'll execute the preventive maintenance schedule, rebuild worn components, read hydraulic and electrical schematics, and document your work in the CMMS. When the line stops, you're the first call, so you'll balance quick fixes with permanent repairs that keep the same fault from coming back.

What you'll bring

You bring hands-on industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting instincts, and the patience to find root causes instead of resetting and hoping. You work safely around energized and moving equipment, follow lockout procedures without exception, and keep a tidy record of what you fixed and why.
