About Cascade Meatworks

Cascade Meatworks is a family-owned food manufacturing business based in Laval. Founded in 2016, we run 3 locations in Greater Montréal and employ a tight team that values doing the work well over scale.

About the role

You'll run the entire plant: owning safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, leading production supervisors and support teams, and managing the site budget. You'll set the production schedule against demand, drive continuous improvement on the lines, keep the facility compliant with safety and environmental regulations, and make the call when equipment, staffing, or supply problems threaten the week's output. You'll develop your leadership team deliberately and report plant performance to senior management with numbers you stand behind.

What you'll bring

You bring years of plant leadership experience, a safety-first record you can point to, and the presence to lead from the floor as much as the office. You make prioritization calls quickly, develop supervisors into decision-makers, and hit commitments without burning out your teams.
